I love broccoli cheese soup and wanted to find a recipe as good as Panera Bread's so here's my semi-homemade version...
2 cans of cheddar cheese soup
2 cans of milk
1 can of cream of broccoli soup
1 can chicken broth
broccoli- chopped up in the food processor & par-cooked (I used fresh but you could use frozen)
In crock-pot or your favorite soup pot, whisk together soups, milk & broth until smooth. Add shredded carrot and broccoli. Cook until broccoli is soft, I cooked mine in the crock-pot on high for about 2 hours then turned it down to warm until we were ready for dinner. Top with a little shredded cheddar and fresh bread, enjoy!
